As per Company policy, we have laid down certain Terms and Conditions for Corporate and Personal trainees.

 Attendance 

 

Corporate Training

For Corporates, it is required to send names of trainees in advance to ensure full attendance during the training.

​

Proper attendance (in case names of employees from the corporate are shared), will be maintained and returned back to the Corporates on completion of the training.

​

In case any trainee returns back from the training before completion of training on pretext of another meeting or health problems, Kenhal shall not stop anyone from quitting the training.

​

Personal Training

All trainees opting for personal training are supposed to share their Phone Number and Email ID before the training so that appropriate communication can be established for the training.

 

Any information shared by personal trainees shall be secured by us as per our Privacy Policy.

​

 Payment 

​

Corporate Training

After completion of the training, Kenhal shall send the invoice to the Corporate/Agent for the training commissioned.

​

Payment by Corporates/Agents should be targeted to be completed within 30 days or earlier. We appreciate any payment cycle completing within 30 days so as to maintain regular payment schedule, since there is no statutory requirement for holding the payment beyond 30 days by Government of India.

​

However, we request the Corporates/Agents engaged in Corporate trainings by us, to mention in written the payment cycle they would like to maintain. Only upon acceptance by Kenhal, any order will be executed.

​

Personal Training

All individuals seeking personal trainings are required to make 100% advance payment. Discounts if any would be mentioned before the payment, and shall not be entertained after the payment is done.

​

In case some fee is underpaid, or overpaid, since it is thru payment Gateway, then any such request for additional payment or refund shall be executed subsequently, and the individual seeking training will be expected to cooperate.

 Refund Policy 

​

Corporate Training

There is only one refund policy for any payment that has been paid in excess, or by mistake. In the case of normal trainings, after the training has been successfully completed and the payment has been made, no refund will be processed.

​

In case of over payment, the refund will be requested to be covered/adjusted in the next training. However, if there is no other training scheduled, then any such extra payment will be refunded in 3-5 days.

​

Personal Training

There is only one refund policy for the payment done.

​

In case the individual does not like the training, then the individual can request for refund after one session, payable in 3-5 days. Incidentally only 75% of total amount will be refunded since one booking would be used by you. No questions will be asked, and the 75% refund of the payment made will be processed within 3-5 days.
